The hardest to do.

T

The founder of a SaaS company told me over lunch that he had done an analysis. He looked at all the initiatives they had taken in the past two years and how they had impacted MRR. There was no impact. So he turned off his computer for the day and went to the beach.

This is a very difficult thing to do. Going to the beach and be lazy might sound easy. But if you have the type of A+ personality that most people who start companies have, you will start negative self-talk: “I am slacking, being lazy etc etc.”

Most of us are always busy. And we equate this activity with forward movement and being important. I work therefore I am.

If you think you can do it all, try doing nothing. The hardest to do can be a not to do.
