Bad posts.

Just before you publish your work launch stress kicks in. “What if we launch before having x and the national tax agency sues us?”, “We should wait until a killer feature is ready”, “Wouldn’t it be better if we run a few more tests?”. And the list goes on and on. It happens to me and I see it everywhere.

Shipping requires guts and practice. When you start tweaking “just a little thing” it inevitably leads to more changes and delayed publication. Anticipating launch stress and setting a date you will stick to is half the battle. Publishing a post every day has been very helpful for me for this reason.

Another part is coming to terms with the math and accepting that half your work is below average by definition. Hit the publish button regardless.
